Is 30-40% duplicate content fine?

I have a website with different products. The URL is obviously different along with the product copy. However, at the bottom of each page, about 30-40% (varying between product pages) is identical/similar business-related content.

It's basically a rationale for: "Why Choose BRAND for Your PRODUCT"

It's basically the same three perks for buying with the company with 30-50 word descriptions going deeper into each.

Is this okay?
