Homepage personalization and SEO

Hi All,

In our startup (real estate related startup), we are building now a new home page. The homepage that we are building is personalized according to the user's location. Users from Houston will see different content (suggested properties, location analysis, etc) than users from Phonix. The reason for it is to give a good and engaging experience to our users. Can you please share with me how it will affect SEO? Will google see it as "clocking"?
