Copy blogs of another website in WordPress ? How ?

There is this one website which copies the content of our and other similar website and adds into its content. I am talking about 20-30 blog posts per day in WordPress. How is that website able to do that ? There seems no writer and no resource but it is still some how managing to do that. We have filed a DMCA complaint. But I still want to how is it able to do so ?
