Weird keyword

I was using a tool to compare my website to others of my competitors in order to find out which keywords they are using and which one they rank with

I’m not an expert but results are a bit weird. I would appreciate some tips or explanations. We sell art, wall art ,poster, originals and limited editions prints.

My competitor apparently rank for : Art Wall art Poster Framed Poster

This is the weird part:

Gift card Select country User experience Latvia Lithuania Luxembourg Polska Portugal Portugal Rom And a bunch of other weird words

Plus close to nothing long tail keywords .

The first group is very basic . Second one are weird and I’m not an expert but those data seems pretty difficult to interpret to me. Any suggestion please? Thank you all
