I run a college web page but we only have masters programs, we had a PDF which ranked high on Google so I made it into a blog post (and delete the index to the PDF) which brings 4.3k organic visitors each month.

But....this visitors arent our target right now...most of them look for that information for their bachelors classes. ( We need them to finish their bachelors to be able to enter our masters)

Google Analytics always report that this is a high traffic page but with the lowest conversion.

How would you take advantage of this traffic?
