I don't understand SEO. Could someone please advice me. Small business owner and we just started.

I run an automotive collision repair shop. We are authorized to do insurance repair work and have all our permits and license. We want to bring more clients in to repair vehicles but aren't reaching a lot of people and when we do get people its always small cosmetic stuff not big insurance jobs. We want to be DRP shop but there are a few cons with that.

Our business site is on google website and I don't know how to get it out. Can someone please advice me.
