Google isn't displaying my meta descriptions correctly on some pages. I've made all these meta descriptions follow a consistent pattern, that makes reference to the contention of the page, and has a couple of keywords in there to match within striking distance of a user's search query. Some of the descriptions it has displayed are non-sensical and bad for a user based on what they've seemingly pulled from my content page.

My site is traveltribetours.com and the tour pages in the search query are what I'm having troubler with. Could one of you kind folks please give me some tips or advice on how to rectify this? :) I'm trying to optimise my on-page SEO before having to seek out a consultant. I figured there may be a way to do this myself.
