one year old affiliate website

hi all, i have one year old website, actually affiliate website unluckily i didn't even sell a single product i was using amazon affiliate link. for not selling at least one product they have taken their link now i cant use their link what should i do now. I have made my mind now i will work hard on my website but for affiliate link what should i do
