My Search Results are in Different Language

Hello Everyone,
I have a website which when I search on Google it shows the result in a different language, I have a different domain for the Chinese website that I have but the search result it shows off is of some "bracelet" which is not even close to my business, I can share the shot of the same for anyone who can guide me on what is happening and what to do.
