my posts aren't getting indexed on google recently

Hey! I started my blog about two months ago and my first three posts were indexed within a span of a week. But after that I've posted about 30 post and none of them have been indexed.

Moreover if I inspect those 3 post that were indexed earlier, it says URL is not on google. But I can easily find it on google.

Please help me figure out what's the problem here
