I have a question I am a bit stumped on.

If I have one page ranking for edc software and electronic trial master file — both are basically the same thing.

My question is: do I create two separate pages? One using the keyword “edc software” and the other page focusing on “electronic trial master file” ? I see within SEMrush, we have certain pages ranking multiple high volume keywords and they’re not too far off in position ranking.

What’s the best course of action?
