I just updated alt tags on my website. Am I stuffing keywords, or providing enough information?

Hi guys,

I have a tattoo inspiration website with about 12.000 images. I have just updated the alt tags of all images in the following way:

{tattoo style} tattoo of {description of tattoo}, done by {name tattoo shop} in {city}.

So, Black & Grey tattoo of a roaring tiger, done by Walls and Skin in Amsterdam.

Someone pointed out that this would be considered keyword stuffing by Google. Would it? I can imagine this is a grey area. How do I find out if this is too much?
