rel="bookmark" links in Neve theme.

I recently started turning on the 'Related Posts' features on posts (Neve theme). This adds the three latest related posts (by category) at the bottom of the article, with an image, the title, and an excerpt.

According to my Semrush audit, these internal links are attributed as 'nofollow'. When checking the source code I see that these links have a rel="bookmark" attribute.

I can only find very outdated information on the bookmark tag. Should I remove these and If so which file do I have to edit? Or should I leave it alone? Maybe there's a purpose for it.
