Just A Reminder That Google is Evil

I can tell you that Google will never show you all the links they see. There is the public facing link profile that they will show you and then there’s the total that they will never show you.

I can tell you that about four years ago google announced that no links past 10 years ago would ever count against you if you violated their new linking policies. Then they turned around and gave a company that I worked for a manual penalty which cost them millions of dollars because they had a few sponsored links from 12 years before…. Violating with John Mueller had just announced that nothing past 10 years ago would count against you.

These links didn’t show up anywhere on Google search console, SEM rush, or Ahrefs.

We had to request the sites from them and they gave them to us only three at a time to keep the manual penalty going and draw it out.

so there were six websites out of literally more than 10,000 referring domains and 2 million links… so they punished us, costing the company $2-3million dollars.

They did this after we fixed a link farm that the owner of the company produced.

So they’re watching… they cost companies money if they don’t like your site if they don’t like what you’re selling and they will fuck you over for it.

Never trust Google. They are pure evil.

The website was very similar to Cabela’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, bass pro shop, but we did not sell ammo and we did not sell guns. They fucking hate anything that’s masculine.
