I got my first Client!

Hey Reddit,

I'm about to sign on my first client for developing and maintaining their marketing website! They saw what I did for another site i was working on and loved the results I produced. The difference here is the client already has a site and the other i started from the ground up.

I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on where to start and provide impactful results without changing too much. I know how i would do it from the ground up but I was thinking about starting with optimisation of current pages first.
