I am getting HEAPS of spam backlinks starting to appear, should i just ignore them?

I am starting to get a lot of links to appear from forum user profiles.

When you view the page that is linking, it is full of links to all kinds of sites and a lot of it is to sites which offer ripped software.

Should i do something about these or just ignore them?
