Comparing your SEO level with that of the competition

Hey! So I found Frase really useful when it comes to comparing your keyword levels to those the competitors have. It's really easy to beat the keyword percentage, and I have a clearly defined goal, which is hugely helpful.

Now alas I don't have access to Frase, so could anyone recommend a free tool that will help me to do that?
