Are there any SEO app plugins that are worth it ?

Hello there. I have a Shopify store and our site views have taken a dramatic hit much like others here. We used to have plugins for seo but realized they were making our seo worse in ways with their automations being generic and not using our keywords. So we deleted them, and instead started focusing on doing seo manually.

My question is - does anyone know if there are any seo plugins that are actually useful and worth it ? Also, do you think it’s possible that by deleting the app it hurt our seo ?
