SEO help! 404 Broken Link saga

I have an issue locating broken links. When I crawl my site using Screaming Frog it says that I have 22 broken links on the site.

When I check all sites in Google Analytics it says there is only 1 link that has a 404 issue.

I’m assuming some of the links I updated or deleted are being counted as broken links. How do I remedy this issue? How can I fix something I can’t find?
