Increase CTR for an eCommerce website

I am a bit new to SEO and I've noticed that my eCommerce website's Average CTR has decreased from about the beginning of June. Perhaps it has something to do with the June core update? The impressions have not decreased, but I am getting less clicks/visitors purely because of the lower CTR.

What can I do to get the average CTR higher again?
