Glassdoor sites based in other countries (glassdoor.com.ar) are giving me 'toxic' backlinks according to Semrush

When going through a backlink audit on Semrush, we have come across a number of alternate glassdoor sites that seem to be tailored to a specific country.

That is not a problem, but the problem comes from Semrush describing them as toxic with one of them having a toxicity score of 69. We have a number of these all from different regions and all with high toxicity scores.

I was curious if anyone knew if they are actually toxic and if I should or shouldn't disavow them.
