Found 24 tags on 1 page. However, only the main title tag in the section. Would you consider this to be a multiple h1 issue?

Hey all,

Screaming frog picked up multiple title tags on this website.

So I went in and checked manually. Turns out the main title tag is in the <head> section where a title tag should be and all the other title tags occurrences are outside the <head> section.

Would that count as multiple h1 issue?

Title tags is correctly displayed on SERP

Curious to know what you guys think
