Are you an Agency and using a Keyword Tracking Tool?

A quick question for you. I know lots of agencies are using SERP tracking tool. Apart from the position tracking, is there any tool which provides me to manage my SEO Team? like,

1. Add/Edit members for separate projects
2. Assign keywords for members
3. Track each members performance based on keyword improvements
4. Team members to add their work details and back link to the tool
5. Check indexation for each link the team member adds, etc

Is it something cool features that any agency needs or I am alone wandering with this need?

Any help would be appreciable.
