Are organic traffic and CTR direct ranking factors?
I know both are indirectly good for SEO, but are either of them a direct ranking factor?
Organic traffic - Lets say I get lots of organic traffic for a blog post "cheapest way to do this thing", could Google use that in their algorithm to bump my rankings of my money page "this thing for sale"? In other words, is organic traffic/rankings of a blog a direct ranking factor, excluding the indirect ranking benefits (links, referral traffic, etc.)
CTR (and other interaction metrics such as bounce rate, dwell time, etc.) - Does Google look and say "people are interacting positively with this article, we're going to bump it up". It would make sense, but I think i read somewhere that they are (allegedly) not capable of doing this.
