Can reddit help me with SEO?

So, what if I post a question on Quora and it gets answers and after one week or so, I post the same question on Reddit? Will the domain authority of Reddit and a few of its subs help rank my Quora question on Google? That's because some subreddits here are too popular and get ranked quickly.
