TLD, SEO 3 german speaking countries

I have online commerce website that does the shipping and selling of products from another country than the ones i sell too.

So i´m selling to Austria Switzerland and Germany, i use the language switcher but its under "De-De"
Should i make a special one for austria and switzerland in hope to one day appear in google searches.

All i would need to do is copy the webpages but make them separate and place language switcher on AT/CH/DE.
