Quick question on page speed and cache
I'm a little confused about this. If you go to google pagespeed insights and check a page, does the speed score take caching into account or is that the speed the page has the very first time someone lands on it?
Also, will cache make a slow page fast?
Still don't grasp cache 100% so I apologize if these are dumb questions.
