How to acquire a google knowledge panel for a person?

I work for a client who is the founder of a bag manufacturing company. The company is doing pretty well and have a decent social reach as well. He has done several paid press releases so far. He wants me to help him with google knowledge panel, what should i say? If you guys have relevant experience with this or know how to speed up the process please help me out here, im new to this.
