What are/were your experiences with the plugin SEO Press?

Any feedback would be awesome and appreciated. I tried 3 "SEO" plugins so far and plot twist they are all pretty useless for legitimate SEO.

I do not want to put my site through the trauma of a fourth experiment. 🙄 Still after reading about all number of reviews and views I think SEO press is as good/bad as Rank Math, Framework and Yoast.
