Multiple b2b up tracking lead gen software?

Hi guys I’m not sure if it is the best place to ask but maybe someone has experience. My company wants to run 2 b2b ip tracking softwares to generate more leads. They want to compare the 2 softwares within the trial period. We can install the tracker with Google tag manager. I am just wondering if this can cause any issues on the backend and downgrade our positions or interfere with each other? Thanks I advance
