Keyword analysis across the web

I’m looking for a tool (can be paid) that will help me understand where a keyword is being used most (I.e. what kind of sites), and the quality of those sites. My goal is to understand more nuance than just a popularity score behind a keyword. Who are the people that talk about it? Where do they hang out? Etc.

Anyone have any recommendations?
