[How-to] SEO for Real Estate

Hello community, during Covid i was "forced" to start making websites for SMB's in my country.

Currently, i am working on a 5-page real estate website for my friend. He have a construction company, and he have a building with 50 apartments, that he wants to sell.

My question is how can i show first on google if i type just company name. His domain is for example doeconstructioncompany.com and i want to see "We build future together - Doe Construction" as first search and thats a home page. How can i achieve this?

I am not competing with anyone on that keyword. Now if i type doe construction company i am 6th on google (first 5 is about his company, but its from other listing websites) and thats apartments page.

I know this is a beginner question, but i am starting out and i am a little bit lost.
