GA not showing data.

Hi everyone, i'm new to SEO and I just got hired by a client through a job board. He shared access on his google analytics today and for some reason there's not a single data that i could see. No traffic, no conversions, none at all for the past month.

Is this normal? Does it takes awhile for data to populate on Google Analytics for new users?
