How to check that your site hit by a Google Update?

I have a website which is performing well on search Engine but suddenly drops in ranking. I have checked all the issues but website seems fine.

I know about google core update which is rolled out recently, but there are so many google algorithm updates, my question is how to check which Algorithm cause the harm to the website? Is there any way to check?
