Would you be interested in Tinder, but for Backlinks?

Hey all, I'm a developer with several side-hustles and I've had a decent amount of success as an SEO/content writer recently. I've noticed a common pain point here and in other SEO communities of backlink building.

• It's time-consuming
• It's NOT fun
• Response rates are pitiful
• It's hard to find sites, and it is hard to find link trades that are valuable to both parties

Here's my idea:

I want to build a simple web app that has the following experience:

1. Sign up
2. Add your domain(s), the tool will crawl and analyze your site(s)
3. Review and approve your backlink matches in "Tinder" fashion

I'll take a second to talk about #3 because it's the meat of the offering. The idea is to match up two members with a proposal like the following:

(assume you run a site called "Cool cats" and a related site is "the cats meow")

Proposed link exchange (recommended by the algorithm):

Link your anchor text "cats love to meow" on your article "what cats do on the weekend" to "the cat's meow"'s article "Why cats love to make noise". In return, they'll link the text "cats are cooler than dogs" on their page "why cats are the best animal" to your article "cats - the new dogs".

The idea is that the tool could offer specific and fair-trade recommendations, and as soon as two parties agree to an exchange, the tool provides easy instructions and can verify the changes were made. If a party ever removes their link, an alert is sent back to the other user to let them know the contract has been terminated.

I've looked around at competitors and never found anything this easy or intuitive - please let me know if you know of a better tool in existence. If not, please drop a comment letting me know if you're interested and what your thoughts are. I'm seriously considering building a beta version in the coming weeks.
