Discovered/ Crawled but currently not indexed

It has been a very long time and I'm facing indexing issues with my and my client blogs. Crawled but currently not discovered and discovered but currently not indexed.

Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

We just launched a new blog day before yesterday and all our 8 blog posts go under-discovered but currently not indexed why this happened?
